this phone is the very poor phone.1.it take so many time to open albums 2.it does not accept memory quickly 3.download is very slow 4.this phone not support many apps like(shorthand)

Me and my girl friend is using Samsumg GT-C3312 mobile, i am working in Benin (Africa). My girl is in india, i would like to ask some questions about chat on options.
1.I am using MTN, Whenever i register chaton option its is asking access to service may be charged, want to continue? if i press yes. how much it will charge in benin and india mobile vodafone.
2. weather i have to activate internet in my mobile.
