Based on my experience with C3312.
Drawbacks:
* Can't set ringtone from Memory card straight away. you have to move ringtone to phone. then use it.
* For setting up photo to contacts, should use picture taken from Camera. can't use from copied or downloaded one.
* Installed java applications will be stored in Games. No option to move to other locations.
* Battery life comes one day.

I emailed Samsung Philippines and I asked them this query, and also on why does message alert tones rings 3 times and here is their reply.

Samsung c3312 is very good phone, Good display Quality, Smooth Touch Screen, good phone this price (Approx. 4000)
