I used this phone about 1.5yr.the phone is very bad.after 3 monts of buying when i download any application ,game,uc browser it shown .jar are invalid.what can i do with the phone!

mine, got the battery drain quickly, in 2 hours time, after 2 years using it, i've replaced the battery, but still the same problem, when it's charging, it get a bit hot, WHY ? i took it to the repair shop, he checked it, and he said that it has no thing wron, then WHAT IS the problem ? PLS Help....
