Anonymous, 19 Jan 2011i bought this phone yesterday.the phone is realy very good ... moreHi, I had the same problem, and was irritated at first, but later found out that the back cover should be pressed from the top more, after the cover gets locked initially. It means put the back cover normally until you hear the snap, then press from the top towards bottom (only the back cover, not the phone)with little pressure, it will go little further downwards, then the problem should be gone. Hope it helps.

never used n73...bt dis got similar(if not more) camera quality like w580i and sony cybershot k750i...never expected such a camera in dis range..nd u can save contacts from message inbox...nd dnt count clicks bt da method s exactly same as nokia and sony..u dnt have worry about all dose click counting

sory to say,this is the most worst phone till now i saw.for connecting mass storage mode it takes 20min.
a.For storing conntact 8 clicks required.
b.We can store directly the phone number which r in message in box.
c. 2 clicks require to ON loude speaker while u r on call.
d. We can set your photo as theam.
somany i can write but i dont hav time.
