• First do complete backup of phone memory.
• remove sim and memory card.
• Now start mobile without sim and memory card and type this code- *2767*3855#
• phone will be restarted and full formatted.

i bought this mobile yesterday and disappointed with it . when calling i hear the voice very bad , the transition between images is very slow reflecting slow RAM , the blutooth is very very slow . but i can say it has some advantages like good music sound in ear-pieces , good camera 3.2 MP in good light but in low light it is bad as there is no flash .

how to set gprs settings on this phone?? i have added reliance unlimited net pack but i am unable to use ebuddy messenger. it says invalid internet settings. plz help

Anonymous, 09 Oct 2012This phone has a problem of getting switched off by itsel, ... moredid you changed ur battery from other samsung mobile? Because i had same problem once i changed the battery from other samsung phone due to low battery. Both the interchanged phones had the same problem...
if no...take it to the Service center....
