im from coimbatore tamilnadu using c5010 for only surfing its not supporting bsnl 3g on pc but in mobile its too good its quite speedy. so now im using tata docomo monthly pack it works, we must ask the network provider to make setting to work with pc. its very worth for its price dudes

kunal, 27 Nov 2010 the phone is good for its cost but message memory is very ... morenumber of characters per text message is 1,836 or about 300 words. more than enough for SMS messages, don't you think? phone memory is around 32mb, which is fairly decent to store messages.
i use a 1gb mem card and that satisfies space for message downloads (settings->memory->default memory).
i hear the phone can use up to 8gb mem card.

internet surfing also happily fast, in comparison to the slower samsung genoa 360kbps modem, and much, much faster than the obviously prehistoric samsung e250i slider.
i set my network to UMTS (settings->network->network mode) and notice much faster browsing.
one bad thing i notice is that the surface of the back panel can easily be scratched. so take care to put the phone down on abrasive surfaces such as wooden tables.
