I got my hands on this phone since last 4 days,,such a sweet phone by samsung, so far so nice,,all basic functions are there and easily working without any any hangups...even using 8GB card,,,tooo much memory for such a small phone,,,Good i am satisfied ,,,NO DATA CABLE ??????????????/

i am used this phone but its demeret is that for to call is dificultto used both sim easely at a time many time for defult setting handset become hang.so it is so bad as compare rage1000....

the specs said that there is a Document viewer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF).. i was just wondering, how to view documents, i've been scanning the features on the phone and yet i still havn't found it... please help.. thank you!

Phone is good,,,PC Sync function is also made my life easy ,,but NO USB cable with phone,,which makes hard to use the 8GB storage,,,,cant do with bluetooth though...any ideas..pls

I got mine today, RM850 in Malaysia. Good points, it is smaller and lighter than D780 and the keys are softer. Speaker quality seems poorer. Sound through the headset is still good. The SIM selection is more subtle, you have to watch the signal strength icons at the top of the display. The SIM highlighted is active one. Overall, it seems fine so far. Yet it does feels more plasticky and cheaper than D780. And I wish Samsung would move the headset/power port away from the keypad, it makes smsing a bit awkward when charging the battery.

Because C5212 has an 8GB microSD expansion and is made later i.e.has smoother and updated (better)interface compare to D780 or D880. Trust me!

Samsung was really pushing its way to the top in making a high class dual sim phones!
May this site have an overall evaluation of this phone... like of d780 its advantage and disadvantage and if this phone really fits my taste, i will buy it as soon as this site post its evaluation... (because C5212 lacks some information suitable for the buyer to be please) I'm looking forward for your post GSM Arena! Thanks!

Anonymous, 22 Apr 2009In Manila it is about PhP 9,500...i found it in our local samsung store...it's not yet in display but they have stocks already available its about Php 8900 without a memorycard about 9900 if with the 8gb microSD card, planning to buy this fone in a few days...
any opinions, why i should not buy this fone?just wanna make sure if i make the right choice...
by the way, the specs that im looking for is: dual sim, good music, and with cam and also that doesnt cost much... is this fone it?
