Set is o.k. but very few times it get hanged and displays some number with red colour. After once removing battery, it starts functionign. Tell me that why and what is that ?

I just bought this phone mainly for my two sim cards, where I can use at the same time. The dual sim function is the main reason I bought this. Its user friendly and affordable as well. I really like this phone and I have no problems with it. I recommend this to my friends.

No "random rebooting" problem here.
It rebooted only when I tried to transfer more than 10 contacts at the same time via bluetooth from my Nokia.

well the update had some improvements like..
better browsing..
user defined sound for messages....
and fixed conversation record.....( but recording conversation is for only for 1st sim..)
and i didnt face any restarting problem....

Any new features u r finding with update?
I thought i was alone faced rebooting problem..And never got proper explaination from samsung support team whether its handset or software bug issue.
@sabeda is facing this problem too.
My two handsets faced this problem n got retured to samsung.

do you really need to ask why people need to open the battery cover???
To take out the sim cards!!!!!!!
seems that your brain has gone on vacation somewhere, uh?
and yes, it is kind of hard to open, but once you got the "touch", it becomes quite easy.
I am still enjoying this phone. Cool one!
The gf is loving her B5722 (I personally think the screen scrolling is not that responsive - my 5800xm's screen, although resistive, is much better).

I have just got this phone, and I seem to trouble withit already.
1- The battery door is very hard to open
2- It keeps rebooting during calls.
3- I cannot find out how to cancel the T9 while
writing any thing.
4- Its software is so much complicated in comparison
with Sony Ericsson. It needs a course.
Can anybody help me?

why do you want to open battery cover, will you use that battery to start your car?

and at atlast after 5 times visiting the samsung service centre and me myself providing software("flasher" because they had old version and that was not working.. )
my phone software got updated ...
but no difference in performance !!!!!!!
same as before.......

ITS A SAMSUNG FOR CRYING ALOT LOUD XD
to switch the sim's card just click on the right button under the ear-phone jack/charger anytime you want

today i gave phone for updating...but the samsung service is strugling to update ..
says its not working as it should....
