This qwerty mobile Samsung Ch@t 222 is better than blackb*%%y in terms of design. This is the best appealing basic full qwerty mobile I've used.

Call / go to your nearest Samsung dealer, there are lots of good people there that will entertain your concerns -- software updates or perhaps have your phones settings configured.
Please check if your phone is original. (hope it's not made in cH---)All original Samsung phones were made from KOREA & TAIWAN.

Chat 527 was OK. Chat 350 was just & fair. but again, in terms of design?! ...hands down to Ch@t 222... my kind of full qwerty keypad phone. peace!

lijongadi jose, 22 Dec 2012This phone has only one place for USB plug, where do you do... moreDude you can buy a usb chord for this phone at any cellphone store near you, this type of data cable is already being used by a lot of phone models, even the lumia uses this cable. you can use mass storage if you haven't installed samsung keys and save photos just like a flash drive, just look for the connectivity settings and chose mass storage

I just bought this phone (Samsung Ch@t 222) today and I was very satisfied with its design and its basic features that is very important in your day to day cellphone, I kinda collect phones and only a few phones that I already have or even borrowed impresses me and this phone really is one of the few impressive simple phone. First of all its very affordable, the design is not discriminating, the camera quality is not a problem because its not what I'm after, and other lacking features doesn't bother me at all coz the thing for phones is communicating and I have some other phones that can do my other techie needs, you can say that this phone is a little bit primitive but the price is worth it, actually you get more than what you pay for with this phone

The photo above is not really appealing, but if you happen to see this in actual..man?! this phone is so appealing.

simply the best Qwerty phone. years back, i've been looking for full qwerty budget phones, so glad samsung ch@t 222 arrived. thanks Samsung for inventing the ch@t 222.

haha... take my advise. buy this QWERTY phone original. arguably the best budget QWERTY phone in the planet. Voting Results were : Design 7.1 but I have it 10. Features 6.8 but I do have it 8.5 lastly Performance 6.7 but I have it 8.2
...for those having problems regarding internet setting connections? ( w/c i don't have any ) well, make sure your phone is original. Make sure that your PC is compatible with the settings of the phone. Samsung PCs and Apple Laptops are compatible with this cute QWERTY phone. make no mistake, you should really buy original products.
