i have a problem updating the phn firmware using kies.after downloading 100%,an error message appears in the screen- "updater has stopped working".i have tried several times.pls give me a solution of this problem.i am using win7 ultimate.reply as soon as possible.

Anonymous, 20 Dec 2011i'm also having the same problem. i got this phone just 2 d... morei think restart is common issue of this fone enginieering. Samsung must have to look about qualty and performance before launching of such model. i went 2 times to their service center.. last visit my totaly h/w changes. now observing about same issue

krishna, 13 Jan 2012it is waste phone it will be switch off automatically don't... moreit is rebooting when incoming calls ringing - it is somtimes , i get replaced this sets with new sets.. now observing of rebooting issue. i think this is common issue observe by trail remark here

Wouldnt buy this phone immitating the blackberry trackpad but took my ch@t bk because phone kept restarting when loading the camera up so now im using a blackberry. Bb rules

i use this mobile. in this mobile wifi and bluetooth is not getting connected. phone gets automatically switched off. when is have a 3g call my battery gets low. what should i do for it????

MG, 12 Jan 2012I couldn't install & use the UC Browser & Opera min... moreTry installing Opera from Samsung Applications after updating the latest firmware for the phone using Samsung kies. I recently installed Opera mini 6 (yes it is working fine). I was not able to run any opera version above 4 when i first got the phone. However when i recently tried 6, it just worked. I think it was due to the firmware update.
