I am using samsung chat 527 last 1 months, nice phone , but sometimw it gets display emergency call & taht time amy ket did not work without forcefully in & out yhe battery. I alrady do software updated from samsung care .but same problem persist. PLEASE SUGGEST ME TO WHAT TO DO.

hi... im using this hand set for 1 month.. nice phone.. but some features are poor. briefly explaining the good and bads below..
good-
1.less software complaints compared with nokia phones
2.nice voice clarity
3.awesome camera and music player
4.good display and wi-fi
5.good track pad
bad-
1.not comfortable for internet use(can't connect with pc, doesn't support applications like opera,uc browser,nimbuz etc)
2.battery back up is average
3.it doesn't support files with more than 52 characters file name..
4.no light on call receive and end keys, no light on track pad and option keys..
5.can't use multimedia options(camera,music player etc.) while bluetooth in use..
Generally.. itz a good phone.. i recommend it..
