its funny u say that dan because i went to the carphone warehouse store in manchester and they said it would be early january!!! obviously nobody knows when they are gettin it in, even the same company is giving different dates in different stores!!!

Right, Wondering about the bluetooth on this device, is it bluetooth v1.2 which allows you to connect to headsets and other bluetooth handsets to send pics, videos ect ect

I have just agreed a contract for one with carphone warehouse UK - they say they expect to ship middle of next week. Phone looks da bomb, I can't wait to get my hands on it. Black is real slick color as well with teh market saturated with silver phones. I bet get insurance for this one I think!!

This will be released on upgrade with O2 on or shortly after 06.12.04. It should also be available in the shops after that date too. It was to be released on 27.11.04 but this has been delayed. No prices for upgrade have been released, I expect it to be around £90+

This phone rocks! First phone with BLUETOOTH and MP3 Ringtones! MP3 player with equaliser. What about the battery life? I hope it can last long.

Why is it that all these phones come out everywhere but america, you think australia is behind - the US has nothing i want to get this phone - ive found a couple of sites that say for 0 pounds in the UK and some fishy sites that say buy a 29 dollar cd get put on a list and then once thirty other people get the 29 dollar cd that you refer then you get the phone - idk - but i really want this phone its like the mercedes of phones

Wow..this is my first word comming out from my mouth when 1st time i saw this phone. Black colour yah... good try. Know what, now Black colour coming back to 'attack' others colour. Remember that last time all hp only got black colour, nothing special, right? If that time u change your hp to others colour, people will say ~~Wow to you, Now everybody holding coloured hp, nothing special at all, So if you want people say ~~wow to you, buy Black colour lah....

hey, well first off it actually has 96mb of internal memory (including 4mb for java) samsung made a mistake on there press release (memory must go up in multipls of 8), and the phone will b released Q4 of 2004 in UK. and this D500 has a combination of featurs that no other phone has (eg 1.3mp camera wit flash, BT, etc) gr8 phone

I think it is going to be released on orange/voda first for the uk, o2 have said after 27 nov for their release when i spoke in the shops, anyone got one of these phones yet? whats it like keep us updated please
