What an amazing little phone. It's gorgeous, packed with features and reasonably priced. I started looking for contracts with the Motorola V3 in mind. HOw inferior that phone is, as a device.

I bought this phone[samsung D500] and tookcare very well...
but I could use the phone only for one month.... Then the phone broke.........it didnt work at all...
When I talked to the dealers they ask me to contact samsung.... when I talk to samsung they say that theres no warranty in USA....[???..]
BUT I DO HAVE ONE YEAR WARRENTY CARD....
And it doesnt say its not valid in USA..
I lost all my money.....
Is this fair to do so...
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS..

the samsung d500 is better than the e720. the d500 has bluetooth and more memory.

oh thank you samsung,the D500 islike my wife...i love it ,smart, small, good looking.but the only thing that it needs memory...oh samsung if you can make a mobile like D500 with memory card..it will be great and please give it this name K007.

This is great fone i bought it just by its looks without any knowledge of specification but i m really happy and proudly displays it the only disadvantage is un expandable memory where nokia has an edge and also fails to support some video format apart from this d500 rocks........

hi, i need help! i have a problem with my D500. i can't transfer mp3 to mobile. i have data cable and file manager. i can load pictures and video to the phone but mp3 is not loading. it just starts to load and then freezes and after some time "fail to transfer files" sign appears on the screen. is it something wrong with my phone or with software? please help...

the long silver button on the left is for volume control. you don't need to go to the menu

Ive heard lots of complaints about this fone. the slide feels like its broken after a short while and the camera is really bad! the flash doesnt help and the pics look dark and VERY unclear... nokia 6230i is great for taking pics!

when you start the camera and then press the button 6 there appears a icon on the upper right of your display.can somebody please tell me what that thing does?????? and what is that thing about iso auto,iso 100,iso 200 and iso 400??? if somebody knows what they mean can you please mail me at mitchill2909@hotmail.com.......thanx

It's really a great phone, but its durability is really disappointing! I dropped it once and its performance went down big time. Other than that it's got nice features. It's a nice phone!

You are too late to put down the D500 because many already own one and most are satisfied, contrary to your opinion.
NOKIA is great, SONY ERICSSON rocks, but SAMSUNG RULES. peace man

this is one appauling phone. the camera has completely messed up, the buttons choose whether they want to work or not. the general samsung software is aweful there are too many bad factors to list. if you are considerin to by this phone or anyother samsung i strongly recommend you reconsider.

Great phone only got it 3days ago but liking it!! The only prob is the deilivary reports which annoy me because after setting them u have to type a weird code in in your sms to get them! Other than that really enjoying using it!
