I got the Samsung D520 White and I find it alot cuter than the black one (I find white to be more suitable for girls). I must say, it's alot after staying with a Motorola V3 Razr. It has a decent amount of space and you can easily customize it with the program. I think one thing that brings it down is that the battery life is rather short. Other than that, I totally recommend this model.

it lookes great but there a problem-it hasn't got a memorycard slot and for me that's a problem 'cause i can put on under 20 mp3's there.
i got e900 because it had a memorycard slot :)
but this phone is great too :P

Does anyone have any problem with messages? It seems that when I receive a message the name of the sender doesn't display, I only get the phone number. The problem is because the messages arrive with the country code while my contacts in the phonebook are without the country code, and if I change them in the phonebook then I won't be able to know who is calling me anymore (since the calling number is without country code.

Please help me! why i can't connect to Sumsung E530 via bluetooth, sometimes i can, but sometimes i can't! Is the problem with the versions of the bluetooth of the phones?

ok so i got dyz fone on sept. pretty tyte. most samsung phones are awesome cuz their very small and cute. but i think its kinda annoying when i charge the phone and the lights are on! grrr...and i think it should have more ringtones. better one too. =) the phone its prety kewl cuz it has mp3 player! =) and dats pretty it. =)

I got this phone on last weekend. I am really like it. However, there are two small things I concern about.
1. Ringer could be louder.
2. The light is alway all when I charger the phone, eventhough, I turn the phone off. I don't think it is good for the battery in the long run. I had read in this forum someone said phone is off while he/she is charging, I hope he/she can post instruction how to set it. Overall, I like this phone.
Oh, for those who want to turn off the key sound, Menu-sound setting-keypad tone-then chose off, but remember, since I turned off, I cannot turn on back again, somehow, the keypad tone button is stays gray.

i have got this phone now for a few days , and so far no bad things, from the moment i got it i found way to get rid of the beeps when u press the buttons , i got good reception all the bad parts ppl say there is a solution for

One thing I don't like about this phone is that you can't change the tones for the messeging, you are stuck with what is loaded to the phone from day one. I hope that someone out there comes up with some good ideas at Samsung and makes it possible for us to use whatever we like as a tone, being ring tone, SMS or MMS alert. Other wise I have found this phone to be a dream to use and well worth the $300 AU.

Great phone and a nicer and smaller design than the E900, D900 ore D820. One negative point; no card slot, but with 80 Mb more than enough space. The 1.3 Mp-camera makes good quality pictures (displayed on computer)
BTW: very nice and easy to use software with the datacable!! Always got back to Nokia after using a Samsung phone, but i know for sure, with the D520 i won't!!!!

hey um im looking to get this phone lol. im so excited that i have read like all of the comments people have said about it but im a bit worrie about wat people have been saying about how long it stays like charged for it not like crap charging is it???
