just got this phone for 4 days and its perfectly okay!bat life if u play and listen mp3 very often will be 2 days and since monday evening i havent charged my phone yet till now and the bat indicator still 2, so i think the bat and the phone is very good, i bought in indonesia for us$430 incl blth, very nice phone and this phone has class in it.

further to james comments,i aint no SE janitor.surprisingly im samsung fan.as i own samsune E700, E720, and D600.the only SE fone i hav is W800i nd it rocks.besides samsungs screen dies out aftr a year.had problems wid E700 nd D500.i owned SE T630 used it for 2years nd stil working,gave it to my lil cusin!

to Phonelover: I'm not a Samsung fan, to say the leats, but Nokia 6111 has two major flaws when compared to the D600: no slot card/small memory and it is overpriced (as usual for a Nokia product). How will you be able to take advantage of all those great features if your phone runs out of memory and you are on the move? The mp3player in NOkia 6111 is pretty much useless on account of the memory. Not to mention the fact that the D600 has some features that NOkia has not (and would probabaly charge you extra for if it had in the first place).
Besides, I am sick of the fact that NOkia is more expensive than other brand products with similar features.

W800 is an inferior phone compare to D600.. D600 has TV Out, stereo speakers, CIF Video, QVGA Screen & a fancy design. W800 is just a typical candy bar with a poor joystick & resoluition. Yeah, it has walkman thing & great camera with radio, but that's it. Buy D600, my sister has W800 and she's willing to give me $200.00 plus her W800, just to get my D600. I said "NO"! I have class. :-) If you hav the money, go for D600 not W800, Don't believe that syd guy, he' probably a SE janitor.

i jut purchased a memory card for this phone but when i try to move a picture or a video file it wont let me. also when i go to format the chip it says "error" can someone please help me.

every1 this is important information listen samsung hve taken in all D600's cause there is a fault with the battery nd if u hve a D600 ring samsung nd they will deliver you a different battery free ov charge nd i hve recieved the battery 2 dayz ago nd oh my guddnes wah a change u kn nw listen up 2 20 hours of music nw nd i know cause i've tested it on loud speaker nd it lasted 4 bout 15 hours jus imagine if it ws used wid head phones RING SAMSUNG NW

I was interested to buy this phone but now that Nokia 6111 is available I am definately buying the Nokia 6111. It looks much better and has most of the fantastic features.

D600 is the best cellular phone i have ever seen. After it, it is unnecessary to have a digital camera, of course as an amateur user.

Battery life is definitely longer on W800i.last time i charged my W800i ws about 4days ago.i use it normally.as in listen to music 2-3hrz day and snap couple pics.D600 needs charging every 1-2 days with same amount of usage as W800i!!hope that helps :D

I just this minute bought the phone from MyWorldPhone.com for $399. They were a little bit more expensive than Plemix $379, but shipping was cheaper, and unless you live in New York State, they don't charge you sales tax.

Can anyone tell me where I can get this phone for a decent price? I've seen a few but those sites have horrible reviews like they are just there to steal my money. Pls help I can't go to sleep without dreaming about this phone. Thanks in advance.

hey i just got the D600 and its the best phone i have ever had it doesnt lag like the MPX220 and gets way better reception than it too. but when i charge it with the travel charger it says battery full after about a min. then when i unplug it, it will have 2 bars shortly after, are any of you guys having that probem? the usb takes a while to charge too.

Hi everybody, Could anyone make a comparison between the battery of the D600 and the SonyEricsson W800? Which is better in standby and talk-time? I know the theory but wha's your real impression?

hey people.dnt belive dat guy hu says dt W800i worse den D600.has he got both fones to compare or is he relying on theoretical info?i hav both of these fones (W800i and D600)and from pa experience i wud say W800i is better.im nt a SE fan or sumit.bt from wht i see and feel,id recommend SE W800i.no doubts!!another thing D600 isnt dat far behind W800i.bt W800i is cheaper too!!

Just got the d600 and i dont like the way samsung skipped the clock or misscall alert when the phone is closed it is totaly blank and ringtones are waste of time
