My phone is not storing any messages o... moreyour phone is not faulty. i'm using the same phone as yours. when you're sending message if you'll press options you will see SEND ONLY AND SEND AND SAVE and you will choose send and save so that your message will be save in sent messages. on outbox, message will be save only if your message did'nt sent to the recepient.

My phone is not storing any messages o... moreit's quite tricky. there are two options 1) Send Only and 2) Save and Send. so, you need to choose option 2). the problem is these options do not always appear on the screen and the default one is Send Only. if you're using the Reply function to send back an sms, click on Options instead of the central OK button once you've finished composing your message. then, you'll see Save and Send as the second item.

Is this d780 better than c5212 takin in mind the internet speed(browsing)?
Which model has a document viewer?some people claim both dont have one.
Recommend one of the model to me i purchase.

ebo tan, 25 Jun 2009got mine for abt 3 weeks now.i just luv my Samsung D780.eve... moreplease i want someone to tell me how to switch from sim 1 to sim 2 when using the phone and when sending text message. cause i have been trying to use my sim 2 to send message but the phone keeps saying error and when i try to use sim 2 it was impossible for me to switch to it.

guran, 28 Aug 2009try to put the phone in the freezer for about one hour! Tha... moreis it true or a joke i hav de same prob wit dis phone.
wen we click on a app it restarts.

big problem with this phone it restarts when u r in the middle of s'mthing eg-sms sending, dialing. What is da solution?

Anonymous, 25 Aug 2009Can anybody help me out, i got samsung D780 is not up to 3m... moretry to put the phone in the freezer for about one hour! Than take out, allow to adjust to room temperature, turn on.
Sometimes this fixes an intermitent display problem!
(For Sure, no joke!)

I have purchased D780 for about 7 month now . The only but not the last problem that i'm facing is, i cant read the EMS in my pc when i connect the phone .I've tried to find a manual which i thought could help but no where to get it can any one help me please

The Earphone Voice clarity is not OK.
You cant even understand sometimes what the other person is saying.

I have always been a Nokia user n found them very user friendly but I also used to envy Samsung phones for their innovatiness n the smart models they brought out, when Amir Khan(I am a great admirer n fan of his) became the brand ambassador for Samsung phones I was convinced to change my loyalties n for the past 4 months I have been using the dual sim 780 phone n am very happy n satisfied with the phone n no regrets whatsoever. Thanks Amir n Samsung.

When I try to synchronise my PC outlook calendar with the phone the time on the phone for all the appointments are showing in GMT. Can someone please help?
