Hase any one used this phone with 2 sim cards of the same operator. Dose it work. From what i can read, it has to have 2 imei numbers.

what next, 19 Nov 2008nice phone for 2sims and gprs limited to surfing and small ... moreGreg in network settings there r 3 options 900-1800, 1900 and triband which seems to be common for both the sims. thus both sims can be kept on triband. i didnt find any seperate settings for both the sims.

Hi all..
I bought this phone yesterday.. nice and easy to use till now. 2 SIMs are working fine and perfect.
Can any one tell: how to get rid of the black screen saver? if there is a SMS or missed call, they do not appear on the screen until you press any key to light up the phone.
I tried from display setting but it did not work.. appreciate the help from you guys

Samsung you should release cheap price dual sim phone.
Like this phone in small size, no camera and all other spec same and above all cheap in price.

Chetan, 11 Nov 2008Can u transfer messages to the computer in this mobile???? ... moreyes you can save sms on ur pc... samsung does provide pc sync cd with handset... you can also convert audio files to mp3 and video files to mp4 using samsung's multimedia software included in cd... i dont know if we can donload other themes from internet... can give a try... jar files need to be converted to jad files and both files should be copied into one folder and installed... it might work!

Samir, 19 Aug 2008I still cannot install Java Applications on this unit. I tr... morenice phone! 2 sims working same time.... one question... does all document viewers show only quarter of the page with so small font which is unreadable?
about java applications... less memory alloted for java.... opens jad files... all we need to do is install a jar to jad converter and drag jar file into it... jad file will be created... copy both jar and jad file into phone... install jad file... not all of the java applications work though!! overall the phone is nice....
