Hi,
Does anyone experience this i change to message tone to mp3 and save the profile but my problem is messages tone was to short when I recieve the message dont know if this phone has a limit time? do I have do setup something or what? please help... TIA.

I have a problem with the keypad. Some keys doesn't work correctly.
Also if I can't upload a picture made with other device and set it as desktop (resolution not supported I assume).

Hello.
I bought a Sennheiser Vmx100 stereo bluetooth headset to use with my Samsung D880 (Since it has A2DP Technology). But surprisingly the headset works only for receiving/making calls and i cannot seem to get it to receive music from my D880.
Is it possible i am not paring both properly?
Has anybody come across this problem?
Is there a solution?

Good Phone. both sims work @ the same time, you will however need to choose your primary sim thus making it hectic while recharging or if u need to make a call using the other "secondary" sim.
Opera Mini does'nt support the D880.... hence making the browsing experience an expensive one :(
The Camera quality is good.
While Nokia phones tend to hang when u insert high end memory cards e.g. 1gb the samsung has no such issues.
Generally D880 is an awesome phone and a good value for money.

i got this phone one day ago and i think its perfect but there its no flash ...the sound is not sou loud but with speakerphones is great

bettery life is suck , media player read only 30 songs ,mp3 ringtone is not loud enough.

I live in Kenya and I cannot use both a Safaricom and Zain card together. Either alone works well but not together which defeats the purpose for which I bought the phone!!

When I charge the phone it give me a message on the screen "Pause by Temprature" It is in room temprature.

Ok flex is a tiny cord conecting your phone together.If its not in place your phone will start giving signals like error preview,screen mal functioning and co.D880 is a nice phone but u need to understand it.Dont be careless with it,dont let it drop if its possible.

I am about to buy one and i woyld like to know whether i can easily swich off the one or the other sim card when i want not to be disturd for bussines matters.Furthermore tell me whether sounds for the inconing calls or sms are the same for both cards and if they ring simutaneusly for both primary and secondary card

Got the duo about a month ago and i am loving it.its got great functionality, easy to use and i dont miss the weight of two phones in my pockets.

If you've noticed the speaker and display are both on the upper half of the phone. After a while the bridge cable gets strained from opening and closing so it becomes faulty.

john, 20 Oct 2008my d880 has a white screen.anyone know how to fix??You need to replace the bridge cable; the cable that connects the lower half to the upper half of the phone. Been having the same problems last month with my d880. But apparently the cable i bought is kinda faulty so the sound and display problems are returning
