Just to make it clear to everyone:
Samsung D880 Duos is a 2-Sim card (GSM+GSM) Standby mobile phone. What it means is that it can receive calls from 2 operators simultaneously without any prior adjustment in the phone applications. Hope it helps to resolve your doubts^^

As said earlier, CDMA in India uses SIM Card Also in Dual SIM Handsets. No research required on this subject anymore.

          To Think Ahead:

This is GSMARENA... featuring GSM phones and GSM-related topics... This is not for CDMA... There is a mistake in your name...LOL...

cdma in india uses sim. and use can use any cdma phone which supports the tsim. You dont need to go to the company to change phone.

CDMA devices dont use simcards, so your comment is pointless.

              please research and then post

Well done Samsung. With a huge segment of people waiting for a branded mobile with 2 Sim Cards i am sure that you will give the other competitors a ride for their money. Thought the markets are loaded with similar devices form China unfortunanetly they are not branded products. This is for a sure hit.
