There are 2 ways to send a message in d900i. You can either send a message normally by pressing send (menu option 1) or u can save and send (menu option 2) and then yes the message will be saved in sentbox after u send it. ;)

you are very right, samsung phone has very poor battery
if you text a lot, around 100msg per day?
    it will run out quick.
that's just txting, doesn't count playing music and other stuff
if you leave it on standby, it will stay for days.
Trust me, my battery bar was already empty, and I slept at night and in the morning, it's still on!
which means that the battery is actually quite strong, but if you use it a lot (txting, music etc) it will run out quick

the voice on the menu, and everything, can be turned off on the left side of the phone, there's button (up and down) make the voice 0, n you won't hear a thing.

PLS, someone help me, no one answered my question :(
how do you get messages that you have sent go to the sentbox???
I need it!! Someone pls helpp

Good job samsung for frequent traveler!

D900 has document viewer doc, pdf, xls, ppt...D900i hasn't :(
By holding volume key by D900 displays signalstrenght, time and datum...by D900i don't :((
There are some difference between D900 and D900i. I bought D900i and because of picsel viewer changed for D900. Much better phone.
Also, black color looks better fhan gray D900i.
D900 has on the rear side best material.

For Bianca: When you connect your phone through a USB port it has to charge, that is quite normal! There is no mayor difference between D900 and D900i except that D900i has a radio and maybe few things around camera! Design is better on D900i!

For ??: When you finish typing message you go to Options and then Save and send and that message will be stored in Sentbox! You probably go to Send only!

I have it for almost 6 months now and don't have any problems at all. Problem is that you can't change message melody, you can only use pre-made tones for messages, you can't change themes! The biggest problem with this phone is that you cannot use ringtone directly from your memory card, you have to copy it to phone and then make it as ringtone. Battery can last up to 2 days max with an average use of phone! 20-30 messages per day, listening to music, couple of phone calls and taking few pictures and videos = 2 days of battery! Memory card can be up to 2 gb, but I reccomend max 1 Gb! Camera is ok, it takes solid pictures, it has a good autofocus but I think it is slow a bit, it need time to take a good picture! In dark rooms, camera is quite useless, it has flash but it is not big help! Sound is awesome, when you listen to music from this phone it can be played loud and still it is a clean sound, speakerphone is good too! That is my opinion for this phone, you can mail me if you have any questions!

well at last tell me if im wrong i was saved from buying another samsung phone with weak battery life ... i saw a user opinion in this web site saying that this phone needs to be charged everyday after listening to music for a while and sending a few text messeges and after taking a few calls , is this true cuz i faced a lot of problems about battery life with samsung mobiles before ... i have totally hated samsung and went back to nokia whats with the features if theres a weak battery life ... i have a nokia 5700 xm now and after playing with it for over two days max only the battery dies ... at least i need the battery power for two days thats enough ... but i think samsung phone batteries are the weakest among all phone models ... thx to that guy who put his true user opinion in this web site i was saved or else i will have wasted my money again and have brought a d900 or a d900i for my bro ...

Brilliant phone. Bought it yesterday, and would recommend it to anyone. The sound is great on the music player, and so is the internet browser... ringtones and games are very easy to download, and the bluetooth is speedy. Holds 200 messages, and gives you the option to save the messages you send, or not to bother. Not saving them obviously means that space is saved, and the 200 message slots can be used for incoming messages. Would definitly recommend this phone to anyone though

there isn't much difference in graphics I think
function.. I think D900i is better
and design, D900i is way better
see this pic? on the top side of phone (the one with screen) there is a silver metallic stuff around it
this is the difference, then D900 isn't got this, D900 is just pure black color

trust me, design, this phone is better, silver metallic stuff looks real great
plus, I would like to add to that this phone looks like a mirror lol.

and I would like to bump my question again.. pls.. someone help me :(

when I sent messages, how come it doesn't go to the sentbox?
I already send like 30 messages, but my sentbox is still empty :(

does anyone know how to make my sent messages go to the sentbox? It will help me a lot since I txt a lot... so.. yeah..
