If i... moreif the customer's sim is GSM, and the phone is CDMA, the phone can be activated as long as it is Unlocked and the customer has a BYOP Sim Kit, but you still need to call your new service provider to check its Eligibility and you may keep your Phone number from your old provider. The phone CANNOT be unlocked. It works ONLY on Verizon's CDMA network! It is not programed to work on GSM networks like ATT and T mobile. It will also not work on Sprints network.
AGAIN, the phone is STRICTLY a Verizon only phone.

I have had the sch-I510 for two years. Internet speed is very good. Camera is ok for the time it was built. Occasional my scared cannot be found and I have to unmount it and mount again, but have not lost any data. My two complaints are the phone and battery life. The phone several times has took 2 minutes to dial,. Thinking it was not attempting to dial , hit dial again then the first call would dial, while am talking to the party my phone would dial again while I am talking. The battery life really sucks. I can make a couple of very short calls on a fully charged battery in the morning and no other activity, the battery would be dead by 2:00 pm. I do not recommend the Samsung Droid Charge.
