this is indeed a very good basic phone aside from the very annoying flaw which i will explain later. i will post more of my experince about this phone after a couple of days. battery performance seems to be very good. my biggest disappointment about this phone (and another samsung phone of mine, E2100B) is the auto keypad lock feature after you respond to a voice call or after you respond to the alarm. the keypad lock does not return to locked position immediately. WTF?! are samsung engineers crazy? all other phones i've used (nokia, siemens, benq-siemens, Eten, samui, and all other cheap china-made dual-sim phones automatically return to keypad lock position after you respond to a voice call or alarm (stop or snooze. this phone doesn't do it and you need to wait for the time (you set) for the keypad to lock. anyway...more reviews to come about this phone.

I have a couple of questions, before finally buying this phone:
1. Can you display the calendar (the whole month) in the 128x128 pixels screen?
2. Can you use mp3 for your SMS tone?
3. What colors are the theme? Black? Ocean? Emerald?

Settings/Security/Privacy lock/...then it will give you the option to tick the following:
All
Call log
Phonebook
Messages
My files
Memo

I have a question to you before buying this phone. I have a Samsung E2100b which is a low-end phone from O2 (£19.99 on pay as you go). What I really like about this phone is the security/privacy setting feature which i can apply to have a password access to memo, call log, messages and files. Is this feature also in E1130B?

I got my phone last week,bought it through internet for a back up phone.It's a simple phone with only the basics features.There are a few nice things like battery life,keyboard,weatherproof,lightweight small size but there is a plus minus and that is the memory.It has only 1 mb internal memory and of course only the half of it is free and there is no external memory slot.Like somebody else said what,s the point of having mp3 ringtones feature when there is no memory to save them!
