I was so happy with my E1150 that I went back and bought a 2nd one as a spare... Eventually I upgraded... new phone died within 18 months, so went back to the E1150 temporarily while waiting for another new phone to arrive...
Since then, new phones have always died after a few months (Samsung and other brands), and I have always gone back to my trusty E1150 waiting in the draw to be my temporary backup phone.
My last new phone lasted only 7 weeks, and shop refused to replace/repair it on warranty, claiming that I had damaged it... Never dropped it, only kept it in my pocket when not in use!
Since then, I have given up on all these garbage new phones, and have gone back to using my E1150 full time... 8 months later (with this NINE year old phone), and it's still going strong!
Battery lasts FOREVER!!! I charge it approx. once every 10 days!!! It's a NINE year old battery!
Just wish Samsung still made phones this reliable and robust.

Hi, my grandparents have a Samsung and they want to set up speed dial numbers. However, the "Favourites" in "Contacts" menu are not accessible ("deactivated"). How can I overcome the problem?
