Lol :) all that i can say about this phone is for gods sake they have kept msg and call options ONLY :) :) if u really wanna buy this go to bazar ...

Hi,
I own this phone for the past one month. I really like this; its true value for money.
I have a bluetooth headset which is connected to this phone. I am able to use bluetooth headset for calls. But I am unable to listen to mp3 via bluetooth headset. Can anyone help me on this.

This is a good basic mobile with useful features at this price...For those people who feel that there is no conventional searching option for contacts by name...I would like to share an interesting thing. There is a smart search feature in this phone i.e In idle screen...if you type upto 3 numbers it'll display the contacts containing those number combination below so that you can choose one to call! In addition to that, THERE IS AN ALPHABET SEARCH LIKE SOME CHINESE PHONES WHICH GOES LIKE THIS...WITH IDLE SCREEN, PRESS THE REQUIRED BUTTONS CONTAINING ALPHABETS ONCE (NO MULTI TAPPING) FOR EACH ALPHABET..GIVE ATLEAST FOUR ALPHABETS OF THE CONTACT NAME AND PRESS THE CENTRE BUTTON AND YOU'RE DONE!!!! It'll display all the contacts with this word combination... I'll explain with an example...If you want to search all the contacts with the name 'RAJU'...with idle screen... you've to simply press the keys '7','2','5','8' ONCE EACH and then press the centre button...It'll display all the contacts containing the word "Raju"...It's even simpler than the convetional word search...There is no need to goto options and then search everytime..Hope you enjoy...

A good phone by Samsung.. At a price tag of Rs 1600 what else do we want
1. Mp3 player
2. Bluetooth
3. Memory card upto 4 Gb
4. Dual Stand Gsm
5. Powerful Speaker in Music as well in calls

This is a great phone being less than 1500/- INR i.e about $ 34/- only. It does not have a camera but you could say its like a music player through which you can attend calls. Shelling a few bucks on the head phone you can have a great experience. I have been using this device and listen to music using sony ericsson yendo headphones and I promise you the music is surprisingly AWESOME!!! Its worth a but atleast as a music player.

Can somebody plz tell me
(1) Samsung E1232B don't have an equaliser, so how is the music quality in headfones/earphones without an equaliser? Bcoz every song/track have high-low bass-treble which we have to adjust accordingly with equaliser, otherwise sound is just crap..
(2) Does this phone have auto call recording ( for both incoming n outgoing calls) facility?
if auto call recording facility is not available in this hanset then suggest me another hanset upto 2000 rupees which have this faciliy plus Bluetooth, MicroSD support, Mp3 thru headfones facility

not at all a good phone.........
i own this phone......
my navigation key s not workin well.....
there is no option for playing music on minimised mode....
we cannot even text,make a call,hear music while recieving files via bluetooth......
since there is no usb it s difficult to transfer file from pc......and also mermory cards slot s internal and for removing memory card every time d battery should be removed......
i sujest to buy nokia x1 instead of this phone.....
which inccludes all features of this phone except bluetooth......
plz dont buy this phone....... its a waste of money......
choose nokia x1 istead.....

samsung E1232B is a nice phone, worth 1600 rs/- worth able phone for such a nice price, only problem is picture(i.e wallpaper) wat is the format for tht i tried 128x160 is the resolution but it is not opngs, unable to chage the wallpaper. i saved to jpeg but noway..cn any1 hlp to how to change my wallpaper

yester
day 7th march 2012 i purchased this phone realy super. I m happy on this phone. Good battery backup.good signal reciption. Cute look, nice glosy back cover ( newer version ) good radio and music clarity.less waight. Totaly awasome. Bye nokia x1-01.
