It's really superb mobile that i liked very much. It has bluetooth facility and expandable upto 2gb memory. its sound system is very good. from the beginning i didn't found any drawbacks in this model especially in my phone. It's built in antenna helps me to hear FM at anywhere i wish, it's a great advantage. Finally for middle class peoples it is a fantastic mobile. Thanks for Samsung.

Obviously this is a cheap handset but in the 02 shop it clearly stated that it had bluetooth... it didn't. Nor did it have a cable for data transferring so you can take (rubbish) pics but not transfer them to your PC. The only way you can get any music on it is via micro sd card. Worst of all, the predictive texting will not stick! I have to change it to predictive every time I send a text & then it eventually behaves after about 2-3 days of texting... only to fail again when the phone is turned off & on again!!
I hate this handset - I bought it as a cheap replacement but assumed it would at least have basic working functions. 02 say that they no longer stock this model (as of 3 weeks after I bought the damn thing) I love Samsung products but this was a total mistake!! I bought a Tocco Lite for my son and it is totally amazing :(

I got my phone back after about 4 weeks after sending it in for repair. Everything looked fine until I wanted to set the phone to hide my cellphone number when I rang someone. Alas, this could not be done so I took the phone back to the store where I had bought it in Cape Town. They offered to exchange the phone for another of the same model or refund me the purchase price of the phone. I opted to accept the money. In Samsung's defence I have to say it's a great little phone & I really enjoyed using it WHEN IT WORKED! Unfortunately this particular model phone seems to have a lot of bugs & that's a great pity.

i het this phone bcose this i give just 2 months and and automitically is struck then i go to service stastion they told sir this mobail is not working and we are repaire hear but extra charges are you iwill paid it compalosary. what is samsung company mobaile is west

i hate this phone!!!!!!! as every body said and has experience the phone just suddenly malfunctions after 4 months of every day use and yes it has a long battery life and has mp3 but wtf!!!!!! it gets broken every 4 months!!! I'm from the Philippines and many people had bought and the same thing happend, it just malfunctions!!!! the problem is that the just blinks all of a sudden when you turn it on and wont open any more unlike motorola and nokia the problem can be fixed after you remove the battery!!! 2 times i went to samsung's parts and service repair and saw phones of the same unit having the same problem there was a line full of e2120 having the same problem!!! samsung should give back the money that was used in buying this phone 2,350php is not worth it i should have bought nokia, lg or motorola instead!!!

I purchased the GT-E2120i model on August 2010, and one fine day, when I switched it ON, it just blinked its name infinitely. This happened sometime in December 2010, which means it worked only 4 months. I don't even want to ask for a replacement. It's a very boring phone too.
I've had many Nokia phones till date, 2600, 5030, 2323, 1680c, and each one of them work properly without any glitches even today.
Samsung makes very good products especially monitors, HDDs, etc. But their phones are definitely terrible.

i got this cell in oct...and trust me its too pathetic to use..it usually get hanged...no enuf memory...no appliction get download...so tell me any exchang offer for samsung so i can change the handset...

It's totally a waste model. it has so many hardware as well as software problems. this is a failure model. i have this phone i got so many difficulties with it . it ha no playback(if u come out of the music player it will not play the music in background). it does not has full screen video player.like that it has so many problems. i have been bought it 4 months before. now it restarts infinitely after showing the model no screen. now i hand it over to the samsung service center. they told me that it has a mother board problem and need to change the mother board.... dot prefer this mobile..........

i dont think so, pal!! I got mine last May, and i used it for about a month and it suddenly blinked! I came back to the store where i bought and they fix it! August i claimed my phone,its not vibrating, i ignored and then after many a week again the blinking strikes! Its been on isolation for many months, and today i got the chance to fix it again and they said i should bring it to the service center! What a crock!!

Why can't i download any files at my Opera Mini 4.2? it says error.! but it creates a file at my files everytime i download them but the size is 0 KB.

Used this model GT-E2120i for about 5 months. Everything was working fine. I tried to restart it once as it was not playing my mp3s, since then its been rebooting on its own. Now its pretty useless dosent start only. Did a bit of googling, looks like lots of ppl are having the same issue. Screwed up cheap model from Samsung.
Otherwise Ok phone, below average phone call quality. Will buy a better phone this time AND WILL STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG..
