this handset was the worst handset iv ever got my nokia 5110 and 3310 were better than this unit its unreliable, breaks every 3 months 1 minute video capture doesnt play some mp4 or 3gp formats doesnt last for more than 5 hours while playing music, its a waste of money the warranty period should be extended upto 10 years yes 10 years until they fix the prblem, transportation money isnt payed when you want to get this unit fix, so samsung *** why did you ever released this unit if it only keeps broken over and over again!!!!!

I bought samsung e2120 10 months ago. The software of mobile has gone more then three times.Please do something.

I have purchased this mb in oct 2010. first few months it was working well bt as the months past by it started giving trouble. It goes off suddenly and gets restarted on its own and many times it gets hanged i so cant receive calls.

i bought this phone March 2010. two weeks ago, it just turned off and when i turned it on, it just blinked the unit number. the battery's still good but i can't turn on my phone anymore. and how clever, it happened 3 months after the warranty period. is samsung still carrying this phone? i think the sale is a means to get rid of poor-quality phones.

This mobile is very stupid in its kind. most of them have software problems. No spare parts in my country so pls don't buy or manufacturers should be aware of such problems. I never faced such problems while I use nokia phones

Been having it for 2 days.
Good:
-Its cheap for the specs(GPRS, Java, VGA camera, Radio with built in antenna, MicroSD card slot, Bluetooth)
-light, but most of the phone from same class weigh the same anyway
-looks OK
-doesnt feel overly cheap when handled
-like the rubbey keypad, enhances grip, wont slip out of your hands
-plastic is textured, reminds of carbon fiber, wont scratch as easily and makes for better grip, wont slip out of your hands
Bad: It froze on me 3 times in 2 days, looks like internal CPU is way too slow or its having problems with OS, cant handle multiple tasks, it froze when using Opera Mini, the other time it froze when listening to radio and receiving incoming call, the last one was when pressing asnwer button as soon as phone began to ring but before the caller info was diplayed on phones LCD.
-Its slow to end calls or to load applications or start up camera, really slow
-battery life is not as good as one might expect from such simple phone with such good battery life estimates
-MicroSD cards are accepted only up to 2GB, wont even see bigger cards
Other disadvantages? None for this price, could have bigger and better quality screen, because this is rather low resolution and not overly bright.
Some praise the audio quality when listening to music with headphones, cant comment on that, havent tried that yet.

hey guys!!!!!!this phone is good to use but it has many problems..............i have same handset but it is giving more and more software as well as network problems ...i took it befor 10 days and frm den i have sent it 3 times for repairs .....hey guys i suggest u not to take or buy tis handset and even dont buy samsung phones only buy nokia or sony ericsson phones......
