Going through opinion of the valuable reviewer I have come to conclusion that Samsung E2130 is a good cell though
I have some queries:
1. Internet surfing speed (Cell lack EDGE)
2. How to record conversation ( review has said no) any way out.
3. Data cable and Ear phone are micro USB port or ??

Bought this ph for Rs. 2600 on 18th april and i m really satsfied with its performance. Battery Backup is good. Dual stereo speakers deliver awesome, loud sound. Camera quality is also satisfactory.
