I just purchased my new E2370 and Im currently charging it now for three(3) hours as what the technician told me. I hope this phone will work fine for me. :)

hey how durable is this?...because i have the samsung b2100 and it can take quite a beating....i'm afraid if i treat this the same way it wont last too long

sonyverbatim, 29 Jun 2011hi david. i'm also from manila. just encountered these weir... morehi, I had the same problem before. good thing it's still under warranty so I brought it to the samsung service center at S megamall. they were able to fix it. I remember bringing it on a friday, and was able to get it by tuesday or wednesday the following week. I don't know what else they did to it but when I got it, the firmware's already updated and I haven't experienced any problem with it. btw, had the same problem with my previous phone B2100. unfortunatey,it seems that the samsung tough phone "hard and tough" on the outside but "sissy" on the outside. anyway, just be sure to have all your files backed up before it finally shuts down and needs to be reflashed :)

Amazing amazing amazing! believe it with average usage.
its already been 20 days passed and my E2370 is still showing 4 out of 5 bars. hopefully i will have atleast 27 or 28 days this time, simply unbelievable, trust me friends this mobile will completely make you charger-free.

it never reached 1 year... it was never soaked in water, very few bumps only, hardware is a lemon !

my e2370 is a goner already... hardware problem. Its a pity because its the best phone I had... until today. Best battery life. Hope samsung can improve its quality!
boasting its shockproof! yah right! very disapointed...

But once you highlight them, the appearance is normal. Some pictures I took have problems too, like discoloration, etc. Wallpaper 2 turned into a distorted picture. But inspite of these problems, the phone is inexcellent working condition. Battery is a-ok, ringtones, music, are still great. Reset was already done but to no avail. Hope I can get help here. thanks. also from the Philippines.

great great device.. better than my previous e2121b more battery life very good screen.. colors are vivid nice camera.. my only complaint in this device is on the left side cover or the device where the headset and charger will be inserted the cover is so very difficult to put in place.. over all nice device..

your mentioned internal memory is 40mb. but i got 5mb only. why?

a single charge lasts up to almost 2 weeks for me with heavy use, even if the keypad is set to always on..

Anonymous, 05 Jul 2011In your other comment you talk about using it as an mp3-pla... moreWell actually I don't intend to use it as an mp3 player,but as the ring tones are so awful on this phone I was hoping to use music from the SD card for a ring tone instead,but it's not possible with this phone unlike my last nokia,I am genuine and this phone's battery only lasts a few days longer than my nokia 3109 which is less than one tenth of the claimed time by the manufacture,yes I could have a faulty phone,but so far Samsung don't seam to want to know,their customer service is appalling unlike Nokia.

It's not on standby if you listen to MP3s on it. Everyone else who has the phone talks about at least three weeks of battery life, most about more than a month. You're either not genuine or your phone is broken.
