Heres how so: on the back of E250 when its open, we can see how many megapixels r there, meanwhile on E250i, there is shown "FM Radio" and "Bluetooth" logo.
Another difference: E250 has 750mAh, meanwhile E250i has 800mAh.

Had a black one, bought in late 2008 for ~80$ if my memory serves me right. Worked for almost 10 years until broke down in early 2018. Impressive for a cheap slider phone.
