Had the phone for nearly 3years, been absolutely fine, recently however it jas started to be annoying, freezing the screen and often changing the main screen when I slide it up and down, no idea why this is happening, but is at the point where I'm having to restart it every few minutes when I slide the screen, sometimes that doesnt help. If anyone has any ideas as to why this happening please reply. Other than the recent issues, its been a cracking wee phone and has withstanded being dropped countless times and worked perfectly fine, so naturally I'm confused as to why this is now happening

This phone is basic this means that you can talk and text, thats it, the internet is slow 2g, it takes low res pictures and video.
