iam unsatisfied with ur model sir iwant to connect my mobile to pc i tryed lot of times but im unable to connet. so please show the sollutions of my problems
* how connect my mobile to pc?which type of kies i want to install in my pc
*some images are not showing the set to wallpaper and caller images
*some times automatically strucking my mobile
*in music lastplayed press means strucking
*games nt supporting
*apps nt supporting

Anonymous, 29 Mar 2012very bad phone... touch screen is awful, not sensitive at a... moreI had mine for about only a month now and I'm planning on switching to another phone, cause it really is a SHITTY phone.
And addition to the SHITTINESS of this phone is that there're times that text messaging is way too delayed. I'm receiving text from a friend that was 3 to 4hrs delayed!

Very very bad phone. i had never seen this type of phone in my life. the touch is very bad, hangs so much and moreover samsung customer care people dont know how to remove the problem. please dont buy any phone of samsung ever............

I had a very bad experience with E2652. MY TOUCH is not working, i go to customer care in phase 3B2 in Mohali, punjab, they updated the software and said go its done. and there was problem in touch screen and they updated the software, how foolish.
i want that company should replace my phone, as it is not providing upto mark functioning.

Samsung mobile e2652 champ is very very poor mobile in its performance because in this mobile we are not able to view mp4 video & another problem is that when we are talking with other & he ask us to want another friend number then it has big problem because after some effort we cant see the mobile number only see the friend name what we save to see number we have dial that name & immediately cut and see the number.tis is to bad for that my opinion is for this phone is very bad phone

touch is ok, dad thing is shouts loud every time for a balance reduction, no settings to low it.no backup option for contacts. browsing by opera is not comfortable. reboots twice a day. its solid built& and a decent phone for the price range

I got an issue with the display 2 weeks after the purchase. There was a permenant line on the unlock slide area of the display. It also gave trouble when games in the phone are used. Display went blank most of the times. Had to replace it.
