i can't stand this phone - my cheeks activate the dial pad when i am talking mid conversation, emails are automatically archived and I can't retrieve them and I am ready to throw it out the window... any suggestions welcome

This is the worst among the phones i have ever used. Please dont dont buy this phone. It hangs often. I have the phone showing the correct date and time, I can play music/FM on it, but at the same time if somebody calls me, it says the phone is switched off. Another problem is , when i browse my photographs, it gets switched off. at many times, while browsing the folders/my files, it gets switched off. Once it is switched off, you have to remove the battery , put it again, and then restart the phone. so never buy this phone.

suneel, 13 Oct 2011hi, i need some help regarding this mobile(GT E2652). how... moreThere is a Lock key on the right side of the phone, press it for 3-5 seconds, you will get the menu , for call hold, speaker phone on /off, etc, Inshort you can get access to all in call functions after pressing the Lock /Unlock key.

nice but same huge problems !
1. manny times i have charge the mobile this time it's on but same time befour it's s/f!
2.song ply list ply all song all . folder opti. is not there !
3.ply list song is delete is case mobile is off!

i also purchased it but its weight is very loose. so it looks like a slim set. although i like this set very much but in some place, it give me some doubtful thought to think...

Hi frnds i m siddu, i had my samsung champ duos gte2652 for last 2 mnths from d second day only it was getting restarted while using a net wen i jus scroll d page of facebook. It is getting switched off while browsing on google and now it is not geting started, it is starting only when i remove d battery and again put into d cell, sumtyms it is not getting a network wen i restart it i can get d network, and d bluetooth is very slow for one single song sending or receiving it takes more tym from any other mobile or it may b taken from samsung android. Also i formatted it from d service center but wen i touch icon of samsung apps on my cell it shows d message that invalid url.
