I've been using this phone since it's released (2011), up til now (cant believe it myself). Yeah, at first I do have few problems regarding phone 'hang' and the screen.
HOW I SOLVE THOSE PROBS?
1) Since this model is dual sims, pls don't expect it'll hold higher GB of microSD card - use as minimized as you can. AND better if you just only use the phone memory.
2) Keep the phone 'clear' as I mean not having a lot of picts, msgs, videos in your storage.
3) When online with this phone, its very limited. So, bare with it. It does support webs like youtube, FB, twitter and a few I rarely use. But not whatsapp, LINE or other latest apps.
4) When you practically use this phone, the screen wouldn't be any problems anymore. And I can bet you can type the msgs even without looking at the screen. Always reset the calibration of this phone whenever you feel its touch nowhere.
** this phone quite durable even if it fall many times or soaking wet by rain.
** suitable for simple and basic usage that never expect more due to the price and specs its offer :)

Its bad and very worst mobile in world.its not download songs&video then automatically calls going,headset is very worst.mobile had not get the tower.ALARM IS NOT WorKING.touch is not working.mic&speaker also fault. whenever i play the mobile internal games it ask always money. group of sms not sending in this mobile.memory card slot problem.FACEBOOK is not supported for this mobile.speaker sound is very worst. it have hanging problem.

1. Good resolution of downloaded pics according to its price. You can zoom them to enlarge their view.
2. You may change the typing scheme to Qwerty keypad.
3. Contains pre-installed "Collins" dictionary which contains all the different kinds of meanings of the words along with sentences.
4. Games are pretty enjoyable.
5. Dual sim damn what else do you need at this cost?
DEMERITS:
1. An alarm at 10:14 A.M. begins to ring, for the reason god knows, I NEVER set it (AFTER 2 YEARS OF PURCHASE).
2. 1.3 MP camera.. extremely low quality pics are snapped.
3. It always hangs up on 'Create Email' option and the only solution is to remove the battery and put it again.
4. A hard touch screen.
5. Internet has a bit different format.
6. While using earphones, it may dial to the recent logs automatically which scares the hell out of me.
Once I slept while listening to the songs and found that it had missed called a cousin of mine late at 3:00 A.M. 14 times! (A bit serious problem)
The worst:
Samsung Service Centers are never able to resolve the issues. They just format the phone and dramatise to have resolved the issue by installing "Palringo" which is pre-installed in the device.
Despite all the demerits, I love this device as its a basic touchphone and nothing is perfect round the world. :P
