i bought this phone after one week first of all when open its campra the error shown that camra is failed after one of this problem the charger jack not working and the service centre says that they have no charger jack so service is very poor and im going to launch court case against samsung company because service is very poor and this common problem their sets

priyanka, 20 Oct 2011i want to buy samsung champ duos ..........but everyone tol... moreI just bought it one month ago but i found out that this phone cant open pictures and video with size above 500kb . and if can detect wifi with slow connection then you cant still open the website. then no games available to be downloaded from the internet. i regret i bought this phone because it is expensive than the other phone with the same specs.

miluvyas, 20 Oct 2011i am amazed by hearing that this phone is having wifi...! ... moreYour phone model should ends with W - without W, WiFi missing. WiFi is located on page 2 of the Menu, down right corner. Don't remember to switch off wifi when finished using. The next time when in coverage DNS error will occur.

well can anybody tell me where is the option for it? i already used this phone for 2 months... it is really very nice phone... i just lost this phone.. and after that now i want to buy another phone.. but meanwhile still i wanna go with this and hence i just compared this with other duos and found that this is having wifi... please gove me fwedback regarding qofi so that i can again buy this phone...

super disappointed. i got my champ duos last sept 19, 2011. 1st thing experience i can't connect to wifi, 2nd after two weeks using it it automatically shut off. they reset the unit but still the problem is there. then to told me to bring it service center. for my 3rd week i brought it to service center for checking. they told me the problem is the software. so they reinstalled the software. the following morning you know what guys... the CAMERA/VIDEO is not working. and that they need to replace it. imagine guys 3weeks.... and no replacement will be made?????
