Ok! Problem experience regarding the alarm happens to me too, use the factory setting reset. Also had a problem regarding internet connection using prepaid connection, have it fixed by samsung service center. Now I'm trying to use the reject unknown number call. It works once and now it's not. Wouldn't play some mp4 video.. All happens in 5 months after I bought it.
