I have a e349, it confuses me sometimes, most of the time there is an red E on the top next to my battery life sign but i dont know what it means.also i put reminders on but i don't get a tone and they always go show on my screen at the wrong time.

i've had mine 4 bout year or so,also experienced that it heated up while busy using it..it just went of and restart by it self and just one day desided not to come on anymore????

my e340e handset heats up during the conversation and/or while it is in standby mode. secondly, it frequently indicates on the screen:LIMITED SERVICE.

for the camera person ... on the side there is the volume button u need to press this when u in camera mode this changes the view upside down or right way up

I've got a samsung e340e in black. The only thing with my phone is that about 1 year after I purchased it, the camera (video recording) just suddenly went upside down.

Yes It does come in black, infact, I never even knew that it came in any other colour. They probably don't sell silver here

I would like to know if the samsung E340 comes in the colour black i know it is stupid but i would like to puchase the phone but i would like to buy it in the colour black and currently i can only find them in metalic grey

i think its a awesome phone but it doesnt hav any games on it and i like games on my cellphone so yeah.everyone who is iterested in buying this phone..go ahead it is a awesome phone..just one question how do u download mp3s on the mobile without downloading it which costs...

The SGH-E340 has a blue backlight for the keypad. As for moving files onto the phone, buy a data cable or blutooth from another phone... This is a nice phone: good for people with smaller budgets... I recommend the SGH-E340E. This model has EDGE... Great for use as a portable high-speed modem...

i have the phone for a while and it's a great phone, the only problem is that the battery life is not so good and there s not enough memory to store your pictures and other things but generally a good phone

LOL 5 songs?? u havent herd of compression. i've got a black E340E with 30full tracks that sound great. its a great basic phone if u aint got much to spend. Bluetooth, USB, EDGE, GPRS and GSM what more kud u want??
