hello, i have instaled everything i need to install to get songs on to my samsung e350 and it lets me look on the images/ sounds etc on my phone but wen i go to put them on it turns my phone off plz can you help its really disapointing!! thank you so much

Hi User. If you want to use the USB, you will have to buy a Samsung-compatible USB connector. The phone's usb port is the same place that you'd put the headset. Once connected, the pc will recognize the new software and then you can copy and paste mp3s to the phone the same way you'd copy form folder to folder. Hope this helps :)

ummm...i have questions... how do u set ur mp3 or other polyphonic tones into your message tones and alarm tones? and how do u install USB in you cellphone? thank you

Hi Birdman, I have this phone for 1 month now, and it is definitely worth it. Yes, you can delete the tunes and images that come preloaded on the phone. Yes, you can have an MP3 song as your ringtone, alarm tone and message tone. This phone is so great. And for so much less than the D500. The only thing is it's lack of bluetooth, but I think it makes up for that with all the other cool features. And a note to a poster I read some time back..you can have the flash on as a lamp, and the phone does not have to be open to take pictures.
You can put MP3 songs on your fone 2 ways - via infrared from pc/phone to phone, or use a usb cable. Once you have the song saved on the phone, go to sound settings, incoming call, press 'ok' on the ringtone line..it takes you to the default list , but if you scroll to the right, you will come to a music list. this is where your mp3 song will be. same process for other tune selections.

Amy, the only difference between the Samsung E350e and the E350 is that the E350e is set up with slightly different software for the orange network. The features are all the same, but other, really unimportant details are there eg) slightly different home screen.(Therefore no real difference) Basically if you buy it on orange, you get the E350e, any other network and you get the E350.

I am thinking of buying the samsung e350 after carefully reading lots of reviews, but i still need to know, how long can someone record a video clip for? Can you put mp3 songs as your ringtone and how do you do that? Is the pictures and video quality bright and crisp? Is it a user friendly phone? Can you delete the polyphonic tones it comes with to make space for mp3 ringtones? Looking at the phone over all, is it really worth the money?

Please could someone tell me if the samsung e350 and the samsung e350e are the same phone or if they are different phones? I have done quite a bit of researching but can't find anywhere that displays them as seperate models, they are either displayed as samsung e350 or samsung e350e. I just wondered if they are the same but just written differently depending on the seller. Thank you!

I am planning to buy this pfone but 1 of the main reasons i want it is because I can play songs and things on it but lots of people have been saying they don't know how...so i don't know what to do....could someone please e-mail me and tell me how to do it and its easier to put songs from the computer to the phone than people are making out!thnx x.x.x

can someone please tell me how i can get to the internet through this phone? i just got it 2 days ago..and everytime i click the ok/i button...it says ERROR: cannot resolve hostname

i have downloaded pims file manger and my phone is conected but when it reachs MS organising it just freezes does that happen to anyone elses..plz help me!!

I love this phone! i bought it in january and im still not bored of it! I was pretty gutted that i neva got it in pink likes! also, its not got bluetooth so this could put some people off! i love it tho

I bought this phone today and it is amazing value for money. I bought it from a shop for £60 and i was amazed how cheap it was. Such good quality for so little money. The camera quality is amazing and it is the best phone I have ever had! I recommend you buying this phone!

i have had this phone since xmas but have 1 problem - the memory size. is there anyway of either compressing mp3 files or making the bit rate (or whatever its called lol) smaller as once i have videos and pics on it, there is only space for 3 or 4 songs, meaning i have to delete ones to put more on. anybody got a solution? any help welcome. thanks.

the samsung e 350 is a very nice phone the features are great and it has a good amount of space 2 but i wish it had a radio .....well im not sure if it has 1 could someone tell me if it does and how 2 operate it thanks....

It is a great phone and I love it, it is just like a D500 except it does'nt have bluetooth and instead of 96mb it has 40mb which is still alot.10 reps for anyone who got this, alright
