I have used this unit for about 7 mths, amazing. I love the size and the quality of the pics. could do with some more memory, but its a phone and not a PC

I have had this for fone for a year and hlaf now love it 2 bits...but onli problem no bluetooth otherwise dis is a must have..small 2 handle no big chunky thing like Nokiaz new lot....

very good got this in pink in april and no problems, works brilliant, only thing that would make it better would be if it had bluetooth but never mind

Terrible phone,you can't hear the ring if it is in you bag or somewhere else, almost every other page on internet can't open and download. I'm very disappoint. It's only nice-looking, nothing else

It just says set account information first.
What is that??

And when i try to send from my fone to another it says unkwnown subscriber.

And what about sending music through irDA? It wont do it :/

Do not buy an e350. i got mine abot 2months ago and the buttons have stopped working. does anyone know how to fix this? please reply!!!!

In order to upload mp3s to the phone, you need both the Samsung software installed on your computer and a data cable. I've had a lot of problems trying to get my computer to recognize the cable I have - looking all over for the right driver software, but no luck.
But the phone is excellent, in my opinion. The best (I've had more than 20 different models!) that I've ever had!

If you like going to your local mobile shop all the time with issues with your phone then THIS is the phone for you. BUY at your peril.

i got this phone for christmas in 2005 and it has worked great up until the last couple months. The clock on the phone keeps setting itself back 2 mins (i know its a short amount of time but its really annoying when a message comes through saying recieved at 11.16 but ur phone says 11.14) everytime i change it back it sets itself back after 2 days! now my messages are coming through about 2 hours after someone sends it. i recieved a message someone sent me a MONTH ago a couple days ago! and occasionly it is freezing and the alarm is going of 10 min after the time i set it instead. im not sure whats wrong with it at all it WAS a great phone. Im thinking of changing to a Nokia 6111 coz then i would have infrared and bluetooth but not sure. but the phone was good until recently
