For Kyra - If the screen being on when you charge the phone then just place the phone screen down. Hey presto problem solved.
For Zee - To connect the phone to a computer ditch the data cable and get a usb dongle from ebay. About £8 mine is a ES388 and works fine
Finally if anyone is unlucky enough to break the screen expect abill for £40 to repair it. I should know!!

hey.. erm.. really wanna but this phone jst concerned bout a few of the comments.. those people hu say there no memory, are u like mp3 crazy? i'll just want memory for pics n vids really!! can any one help??

The answer to problem is:
Menu/Messages/Settings/Email/Receive settings & change 'Check Interval' to 'Not Used'
Or quick method from Main Menu is 5/5/3/2
That should do it as I had the same problem

Hi have just brought this sweet little phone. Only problem is, it keeps coming up with 'invalid user or password'. I know people have asked for help before on this one but I cant see any helpful replies. Its driving me mad, I was just drifting off to sleep last night and it woke me up!!!

I have had it for a week i love the phones size but only 40 mb come on if they had a card slot then it would have been great

I bought this phone 2 weeks ago, it is a nice phone but my problem is that it doesn't have enough space. I've been trying to connect my computer to the Internet using the data cable, i just can't get it right, it doesn't want to connect. Am using vodacom, i dont know if maybe the problem is the settings. Can anyone help.

I got this phone last week, and have discovered that when it is on charge, the screen won't turn off... Can anyone help me as to how to get it to turn off, because charging it at night becomes a nuicance when your trying to sleep.
Help would be greatly appreciated,

i got my e370 bout maybe 2 months ago for 150 pounds and then a couple of weeeks l8r it was down to 99 and i was well gutted

i got my little e370 about 3wks ago, a few friends also have it.. i think its great except for one thing.. the battery life is so short! ive read it should be around 3,5hrs talk time and about 300hrs standby. i hardly use the application or even make calls and the battery lasts 2.5days at the most! its really bugging me!! how long are you initially supposed to charge for?

I have problems with the sync. If I have a meeting in outlook and synchronise it with the phones calendar it will add it as a miscellaneous note, not as a meeting. If the meeting in outlook has a reccurency the sync is not working. Does anyone know how to get a meeting in outlook to become a meeting in the phone? Is there any settings that needs to be set?

Is it true that the screen once in stand by doesn´t show the clock or missing calls, like the D600? Is it all black?

hiya iv got dis fone. To set the sounds as ringtones you go onto music, then pick the song you want as your ringtone. Don't play the song and go on options that option nuba 4 where it seys set as. Then set it as ringtone :)

i replaced my e800 with my gorjus lil e370,
it is just me to a T lol we r both the same
i love it, no problems...yet my e800 went spaz with the sliding after about 14 months n the screen started to go white, hopefully it wont happen to my e370...

Hey all, i just bought and E370 but don't get it till next week. I'm a little confused on whether it has speaker phone or not, on GSM it doesn't say it does and then some of the comments here say it does. So could someone please tell me whether it does or not? this would be greatly appreciated.

David, I had the same problem with the camera and I just discovered that it happens if you adjust the screen brightness of the lcd screen to a level below maximum (the lcd screen brightness, not the camera´s brightness). Dont ask me why, just put max brightness and it works. Hope it helps. Bye!

ksmyth, I sent my phone to a repair center, and they couldn't fix it the problem with the camera. Looks like they'll get me a replacement phone, so hurry to try to get a replacement yourself.
A review for the phone: except for the camera problem, I think the phone is GREAT.
The software (menues, config, etc) is really good, the PC suite gives a lot of options and the phone has more features than I expected.
The only limitation I don't like is that you can only choose your SMS ringtone from a preset list and you can't upload new ones. But everything else (sound quality, file management, contact list, etc) rocks.
Everyone says they can hear me clearly even if I am on a noisy place.
The phone size is great too.
Advice: DONT buy it if you want an MP3 player, this phone was never intended for that. (However, I have some medium quality MP3 in it, it works wonders too) ;)
