hey,this phone is a magnificient one! i use it for more that 10 months, already dropped it several times (soem of them very badly :p) and i don't have any problems with this phone. the sound on mp3 is nice and the pics are very good for 1.3 mpx. also the screen is the best (i think samsung has the best screens of all ;). the only uncomfortable thing i have is that i can't extend the memory. the battery is not very strong but i talk a lot and it stays for about 3 days, which is fine!
despite all, this phone is sweet lady's phone and has features for a phone but, of course, could be better.
but it's a nice phone i may say, great one to have some 'extras' and very beautiful as well.
and i work in a store for mobile phones, i don't remember anyone having any problems to repair with this phone...

this phone is absolutely amazing. i have not had a single problem with it since i purchased it three months ago. however it has a glitch that when there is an incoming call, the ring volume is almoste inaudible for about three seconds and then only gets loud.

Can you update the firmware with bluetooth (thru the computer)?
What about using another phone to transfer the firmware file to the e370 phone via bluetooth (so I don't need to buy bluetooth dongle)?

Sorry to here ur troubles. my fone can definetely recive songs, pictures and videos. my fone is the shizzle but is rubbish luv it tho! i highly sujest sending it away or ringing up the cool sammy dudes! =P toodles *mwaaah*

Can anyone tell me if i can send and receive video clips with the E370. I have the option on the phone but when i send and receive them it comes up blank?

i hate this fone! its so good but its rubbish! its so small and amazing but its so much of a brick! =P im not making sence here because i am me, me of course! this fone is luvlee but unluvable, heartbroken byebye people *kiss kiss*

heyy you shood DEFINETELY choose this phone[E370] as it has a 1.3 mp camera and the E250 has a VGA one. This phone is also alot smaller and tidier looking, personally i wood much rather have this phone as i used to hav the samsung S400i and it was rubbish compared to my mates E370!! i now hav a D900 but if u like small, tidy and fun phone then thins fits u perfectly!! =D

This phone is a very sexy little phone, its good to act hard with, picking up chicks can be much easy as this phone has the looks! E370 is a hectick phone!!! Buy Me On Ebay!!!

Replying to your problem with deactivating the quiet mode...Just press # for awhile until it says "quiet mode deactivated. And to change the vibrating system to ringing just go to settings, sound settings, then press incoming call, then press line 1 and then it says Alert type press the arrow on the keyboard to the the right one (Ok/i) - < that one and then choose melody you will hear yor calls then.

I just recently noticed that my airtime on this cellphone was just vanishing. I never went on internet, called anyone or sent any sms's. It has a G icon on my screen at the top, it's blue. It says wen it goes red then it is on internet, but its not red. What must i do? please help

Other drawbacks of this phone:
1. Cannot transfer java games to the phone from your computer as you can with a Nokia
2. Mine crashes on me sometimes. This is the only phone I have owned that has done this

This is the greates phone that samsung have ever made. I like it's portable size.
iven my girlfriend's boyfriend love that phone when i showed it to him.

dear / lee the problem for viewing the picture is the extension of the file because samsung mobile compatible with jpg ......
so try to know the extension of the picture
