One of my favorites not to advanced but easy to use light compact not to big..i just broke it one unfortunate night and could not find another till now..wish it had a sd card slot other than that best phone in my opinion....

phone wroked fine until after two months then either the battery wont charge or the charger broke and now my phone is dead and i cant charge it!!!!!! im pissed

...what I like about mine is that I'm able to restrict access to pictures, videos, phonebook, call log and SMS.. then one doesn't have to worry about others snooping around..

Got this phone a couple of days ago in Kenya. Great slim design, and a brilliant screen. Was an upgrade from a C series Samsung. It has great features (but lacks radio and voice dial if you are keen on these). The navigation shortcuts make it easy to use. The phone lacks a card slot, but has a good bluetooth features. I am a samsung fan and I am not disappointed.
Issues: Screen stays illuminated throughout charging! I am still not used to this. Outside display does not stay on long enough and you cannot adjust this.
Otherwise a brilliant Samsung phone.

Is it possible to have T9 turned off by default? I don't want to manually turn it off every time I start typing a text message.
Also, can I change the sound the keys make? I set the key sound in the Settings, but it only applies when dialing a number - everything else (directional keys, typing a text message) has this ugly (and loud!) beep beep sound.

I bought this model,and I was plasent surprised with its options. Everything is gone good for about 3 months, and than phone started to restart all the time. At the and this device was unable to service. A man from service told me that CPU is broken, even the phone is never fall down on the floor or something like that. I lost all my data from this device(new contact that was stored in phone, pics made on the phone etc.)
Think twice before U buy this phone. Also, this phone doesn't have the remainder if you have mised call, sms or calendar event, and external displey dosn't show it anless you turn it on to see it-unbelievable.

Good 1.3 camera and a big bright screen. Nice to handle, slim and beautiful. Samsung is getting better and better.
BUT the battery is no good. In my case it does never last longer then 36 hrs if I talk approx 1:30-2hrs total over the day:-(

Features and userinterface is good. Screen bright and clear. Good Mp3 quality.
But BATTERY liftime is terrible. If you´re using the mp3 player... the battery will not last the day :-( and you must have the charger in your bag...
BAD BAATTTTERRY!!!

Hi! Question - sound in the earpiece while making/recieving a call is hich-pitched (voice of the caller is in too high tone) with minimum bass, it is quite unpleasant. Is it normal, do you have the same experience? Thanx.

How can you activate the MMS mode? Went to my providers website (Vodafone) but the E380 is not in the list.

hi, i wanna buy this phone but i'm not sure if it supports sd card of 1gb because i have heard that some pepole had bad expiriences with sd cards but i heard everything else is great tnx anyway =)
