I had bad experience with my earlier Samsung flip type mobile, as the cable of flip joint got cut and I paid a big amount for replacing it. Again within 3 months the new cable got cut and I threw the mobile, not to go for Samsung again. But I loved the design of E490 and bought it yesterday. I found its appearance, features & performance are excellent. However, I am not satisfied with the delicate charging plug. I also hope the cable would not get damaged soon.

Can anyone who is using E490 tell me that can we have different MP3 tones for incoming message & alarms and how is the sound of this phone as it claims 2 stereo speakers.....is it good or ok, please let me know about it

yea i was wondering the same too, it would be really nice if the Caller ID is displayed in this one...ne1 one knows for sure?

Hey, I have been looking for a flip phone with these featurs and i was really exited to find this phone, But i have a Question, I read that it's video memory is really bad, how much time is maximum to record a video?? Thanx

Don't buy from e-buy-global.com !
It's strange that they got mobile phones 70% cheaper, e.g. 8600 Luna - $150. It's that odd, that it doesn't even cover production expenses...
So, my advice: don't even write to them. They aren't really from Italy! Their host is somewhere in Israel! It might aswell be some kid playing around behind his PC, and getting his money off our backs.
When I asked for their company's registration number, business rate, or something like that, the director replied to me they haven't got it for anybody. 'Cause that's something that has to be made public, so anyone may verify it.

I have a 2 gb microsd card but can only capture video for a short time (phone memory)

hello, i got my samsung phone recently and i have one question - is the maximum amount of a text one can RECIEVE 176 B? Because for some reason when ever i get a message thats over one block, it says 'message failed' is this normal or am i experiencing a problem with my phone?

mp3 player which it has is really terrific and sensatioal and we can also selet the music as our incoming call tone.Its one touch internet facility and message is very good. Its look is extraordinary and uncomparable.

I had idea that E490 would be like ordinary flip phone but when i saw it i was pleased with its stlyish shape and specification. it is a good mobile believe me.
