this phone is faulty. after repairing, theres still problem of it turning off when receiving messages. I think samsung should recall all these phones and give us back our money if they don't want to spoil their name.

i have a big problem.
I just cant put videos to my phone, why.i have memorycard and it have enought memory. i can put music,wallpapers but not videos

I have this phone for 6 months now. It is very user-friendly. The only problem is sometimes the phone will "freeze" itself, and I actually have to remove the battery to "restart" it. Also, sometimes people cannot reach me even though the phone shows some reception (1-2 bars). Those two are the only downsides of it.
Is there anyone having the same problem?

I've had this phone for a month now and only once it turned off while changing settings, but i guess i was pressing the keys one after another too quickly. Otherwise, i love it and i don't have problems with it.

I'm getting the Samsung E570 on Friday, but now I'm really worried about the fact that a few people have had the problem with the phone turning off then writing or receiving messages...Is it a typical problem with this phone? Will mine be doing the same...? Please email me.

i just bought this phone a few months ago. It has the same problem as Emz. It suddenly turns off and on whenever i receive sms.It gets so irritating when im typing a message and this happens.Another thing, whenever i receive an sms, the msg tone is incomplete. Even though this phone is nice looking and has many features, it is faulty. i regret buying it.

I liked the style of the phone, that was one of the reasons i bought it.
I have had this phone about 3 months now and already it is slowing down. Whenever i am texting, half way through, it will decide to switch itself off, also when i recieve them or when i am changing phone settings. I have done everything possible to find out what it is but nothing happens and it is still doing it. To be honest the next possible oppitunity i am going to get a new phone. =D

smurf, you can save things directly to your memory card through a USB cable.
You connect the phone to your PC through that cable, but you would NOT be able to send stuff to memory card through PC studio 2. You just go to My Computer and the PC should have recognized the phone's memory card as "storage device". You go to "removable disc" and that's your memory card, you can copy stuff to it then. :)
