Ive had this phone now for about 9 months and have loved it from day one! Until now... the phone has not been treated bad, has not been dropped or damaged in any way but the screen has recently started looking 'washed out'. The colours are fading and the camera has stopped working with a white screen replacing the actual lens screen display! This is a common fault according to my local mobile retailers and the only solution is to try and use the phone 'half closed' (starts working if you close the clam half way) or send to repair shop. Anyways, Ive paid the remainder of the contract up and changed to the new Sammy E800 which looks even better than the 700. I just hope its more reliable after 9 months! The E700 was a fantastic phone, great ringtones, great screen etc. but Im doubting the lastability of the unit after 9 months...

i think this mobile(e700) is very good.I like this mobile,I have this one and i don't want to change with another type...

Hi,
I have loaded the software for my data cable and am using Easy Studio but I cant get my photos off my phone. All it tells me each time is I need to restrat my dialog! How do I get my pics from my phone to my pc??? Pls help.

ok hey i think this fone is rlly kewl and i wanna get it but i rllly want a hot pink cover and pink butttons soo this fone should rlly have changeable covers coz it just succks other wise so if any one noes how to get a pink cover welll then cn u email me plllz!!!!!

actually there is a problem... i am not able to download anything through the data cable recently purchased(Its USB) i have downloaded the software also but then it says connection is not installed.. what is this gprs wizard... how to i download my stuff... can somebody please suggest in details... thanks a lot....

ive had this phone for almost 9 months and it has been great until now. The camera does not work and when i try to take pictures it shows up with just a white screen. the same thing has happened to my friend who has the same phone. we r really disappointed.

HELP ! Is there anyone out there who knows how to download their photos from the e-700 to a pc ? I have the lead and have downloaded Samsungs "EASY STUDIO" but still can't get pictures on my comp !

In Switzerland, everybody has E700 and Swiss people are not usually fashionable. That says this cellphone has become classic! Yeah you read me, CLASSIC!

What about model E710? What is a diferent between E710 and E800? Maybe only outlooking or what.How old is a model E710,because here i can not find nothing about this model on this site.Thanks

James - I had the same problem with MMS. Turned out my sim wasn't activated properly & it was nothing to do with the phone! Took my service provider (O2) 8 months to figure that out!
Loved this phone, but have just upgraded to an E800. Samsung phones rock!

its a sleek fon but has a problem with the camera it is malfunctioning think its one of the few that were recalled.
