i've had this phone for almost half a yr now and it hasn't posed much problems yet. the battery life (standby) i have is around 4 days, i don't get why ppl have this problem. they also gave me an extra battery just in case the phone eats the battery up. i believe if u get it from the local store, u should get an extra one for free too.
i'm still having trouble playing with this phone... how do u turn it into silent mode? and how do u send mms?! it has mms profiles and stuff, n when i send the file it says unknown subscriber? i'm so lost. help me out pls!

The reason why most people don't like the Bluetooth headset is that the E730 only supports calls in the headset. Sadly, you can't use it for playing your mp3s.

To access your WAP, you have to contact your network service provider and ask them to set up your phone so that you can access their WAP server.

It's a phone, not a RealMedia player. Don't expect it to look crisp.

Your phone is "offline" maybe because you haven't set up the PIM Manager correctly. When you open PIM Manager, go to File -> Setup. Then select the PORT where your USB is (usually it's COM3). Then Press OK, then wait for it to connect to your phone. Your phone is "online" when the globe icon in the upper right corner is moving. Hope that helps.

Sadly, you can't set mp3s as message tone.
Hope you guys are still enjoying the phone. =) The minor bugs are bearable enough. I recently went on vacation and I took a helluva lotta pics (around 200+ hehe) and they still look great.
But I still can't find a way to properly upload Java games. If anyone out there gets enlightenment on this, give me a buzz. =D See y'all.

For those who have this phone, can you set personal mp3 ringtones for phonebook entries, and also can you have mp3 ringer for text mssgs? Are there any other cons about this phone (ie software issues, ringer volume,etc.) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

bought this phone a few days ago. love it awsome fone but just 1 thing i dont know. Why does it always say that my phone is offline in the pim and file manager even when i have it plugged into my computer. HELP PLEASE

The only way to turno off the low batt sound is to put the phone in silent mode!

does this phone vibrate and ring at the same time because i read the e720c doesn't? and is the ringing volume really so soft even at max?

What a fantastic phone, you don't have to be a Rocket Scientist to operate it however it helps to understand computers and digital technology to nagivate and obtain the results desired.
Read the owners manual, if obtaining the desired task is difficult ask someone else with more cellphone/computer experance to help.
This phone is everything it advertises and more, I will be with me for a long time.

Hello, all
Can anybody tell me how do I turn off the sound warning for low battery. It is a bit boring as the phone bepps every 2/3 minutes, and I haven't found a way to turn it off.
Any help would be great.

The Phone is extremely Good, handy,Scratch Proof for the Body CASE.
However The Phone Dosent support any Video content on different file formats. The pciture of the video content though being converted through external softwares is also ina poor quality.
The usb Data cable available is of usb 2.0 support that dosent support usb 1.0 port(So sad for those having usb 1.0)
Though we have a greater memory free, and we try uploading content of pics with larger size , It shows not Supported Content.

I bought this phone but im trying to get mp3s at waap , but im not getting any success . It says Error: Network unavaiable . It happens when i access the Browse icon at menu .

I bought this phone through eBay. Had it two weeks and the battery won't even charge now. I can't find a service center or any warranty information in the USA.

1) what is the quality of the external display.
2)Does the external display have picture callin
3)Can u customise your sms ring tone
4)Wat is the quality of the mp3, camera, and video
5)and wat is the situation with the battery
, how lomng does it last?

I received this phone as a christmas gift it's very good and I love it but I am abit frustrated having to charge the battery every other nightI find the battery life short and I DON'T USE THE OTHER FEATURES REGULARLY.

Bought this phone in Australia, Love it, works great, great sound quality, great pictures, just finding battery life poor, other than having to charge every second day (esp when Im not using the phone much) would recommend the phone.

I have had this phone for about 3 months now, and it is freaking SWEET! I have read all these posts with people ragging on this phone and I am puzzled! my battery life is awesome, I have no sync issues what so ever..but I do have problems uploading videos
..I think that is because I have to convert my videos. this is where I need some help! any one know a good programs?
