Look at it, feel the quality build. just DONT BUY IT.
I wanted a slim music phone and loved this phone on paper. Using the phone side is a joy with great keypad and build quality. Once you turn it over however thing are very different. The touch sensitive interface is awful. Its a nightmare to use. This makes using the music player, camera, web browser a complete pain. To enter a web address in under 5 mins you have to flip it into phone mode type it in and flip it back.... It does not have a standard headphone jack, but does have stereo bluetooth - but even that is complicated, as to get the music to bluetooth you have to "transfer sound" even when connected. if that isnt enough once connected you are not able to control the volume??? You also can't use any equliser settings with your BT Headset connected...
Just rubbish, beautiful well made rubbish.

I recently bought this phone and I did not get a English user manual, I only got a French (of which I don't speak. Could u please e-mail me a copy of the English User manual. I really love this phone. I would also like to know where is the battery for the phone, and if it give any trouble where can I service it. Thank You

PFFFF i had this phone but after 6 months it's dead both screens are turning white as soon as i turn the phone on!
and if i want to make me it's gonna cost me 150 euro's that's not normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!

please i need help??? please. i cant listen to music, everthing if gone, when i copy to the memory card it does not appear in my music-player.when i go to my music player it says: "no track" please help me?? please?

please tell me if the phone has a LOUDSPEAKER feature in such a way that i dont need to attach the headphones to my ears and just keep the other end of the line attached to my phone. Please tell me if this feature is available and how i can activate it. I would really appreciate your help.

The phone is good, the service is bad...now I'm sitting with my phone dead, unable to power up because of a broken firmware, the "HAT Romania" service told me that they don't have firmware available for this model and they cannot do anything, NOT even change my phone...meh. 400Euros wasted...I'm very disappointed with the service...and I'm not the only one, I found out many other people on the net having the same problem with the firmware...but no help...

There is no Speakerphone (handsfree) in this model and no calculator .. screen resolution is not up to expectations .. dealing with the touch keys is not easy ..in fact the whole thing is disappointing.

Menu is not user friendly. Has 2 batteries but when the main battery is flat the phone dies. This phone is a music phone, otherwise not a wise choice. Still prefered the D500.

f300 is not bad but f500 is better the diffrent between them is the f500 350 mb internal memory and 3g and the front screen more wide and there is games in it and accept more codex but the only thing in f300 not in f500 is the fm radio

sending back for repair again as will not recognise mp3 on music side only anyone else had this problem? comes back from repair ok but then happens again after hours of setting up playlists, problem is I really like the design and build quality, sounds good too when it works

this phone is ok!!sound is not up to my high standards, i would like samsumg to sort it out!!!as i always but samsung and i love samsung phones especially the e770!!as i found the mp3 far better than the f300...
