I got f 300 it working very well, because calc and monthly calendar specialty is not available, so you can able to add the feature please do need ful.

I really can't believe all the bad feedback on the f300 in majority of review/comment. sure you notice it's limitations right off but using all of the mobiles features I'm still very pleased with it and I'm not the least tech-retarded.. actually rather picky. you just have to like the phones design concept.. if you do, you should go see it irl cause it really is sweet despite many minor design (not as in esthetics) misses (mainly firmware).
the only thing I really got disappointed on was that out of all samsungs it doesn't support smaf (only midi) because I'm a fm-synth geek (smaf is crazy cool format but then.. it's closed...) and I even chose this over other phones (s-e) mainly b/c of smaf but I'm still happy with my choice (despite that s-e had messenger and email (can still read gmail through wap though)). then there are no games which I found out after purchase and I'm a gamedev student considering the mobile market but I'm still not that disappointed about that.. all of this is to say that I like this phone so much that these things don't overweigh the pros of the phone for me.
though.. I am getting a portable battery (for psp) which' cable I'll cut and refit plug with samsung plug (mind you, the included extra clip-on battery is fine too! (leather's just not my thing)), I'm either modding a pair of bluetooth headphones to refit with better phones or modding the cellphone to fit it with a 3.5-phono female, and I don't have the money to use the wap so extensively that I'd need a quicker input system (wish you could use keypad.. wouldn't be so tricky)... but most of that wuldn't have arised with this phone only..
I think it's worth the money if you like the ideas behind it, just be sure to try it out first for gods sake.. reviews based on dissapointment from not trying out first aren't fair reviews..

F300 is useless.howcome i will say like that,coz now i am using it.i think this phone actually is for listening music only,for other thing u can to do with this phone.like a exmaple. when i want watch video at f300, i just can watch it at the smaller screen, can not use the 2.1 inch to watch. for now if i want busy the music mobile phone i will choose other brand music mobile phone than samasung.

i have now had my f300 4 a cuple of months nw,and out of nowhre it turned off, but the battery was fully charged. i cannt open it n chek so plese can anyone tel me what to do or how to fix it..!!!!!!!!!!???

pls, i am having problem with the switching mode of the F300. At the moment i dont know where the manual is and am having serious prob operating this phone. pls is there a way i can be guided coz whenever am receiving or calling it automatically switch to the ipod and i tried to check (phone information) same problem . pls help me out.

this is the worst phone i have ever bought , if any1wants 2 buy this phone dont , it cant take java , or a calculator and the wap is very hard 2 work with , the big screen at the back cant take screen savers and i also found that the screen scratches easaly because any way u put it down 1 of the screens are at the bottom...it has a music side almost like a ipod ,and another with a small colour screen , but it gets iritatin after a while.If anyone wants 2 buy the phone dont. Rather buy a phone like the sony ericsson w880i , my brother has one and ir has all the functions and nore.

Are you guys all sure you can't mxit from this phone.It has a internet function so i'm sure we will be able to.Maybe they just don't have gprs settings for us yet.

this phone is amazing!i love it!it`s so great that he has double screen...and that he have double battery is so cool!i recommend it to all!i love samsung!

about this fone... well theres a good and bad about this fone... lets start with d good 1, it has a cool design.. a counterpart of ipod..has two screes that a head turner to everybody see this fone, has a sweaping style, the sound is cool, not that loud but its ok with headset on it, and now, the bad things, cant use the mp3 tunes for msgng, u cnt use the mp3 while looking at the pixes, u cant see the whole calendar, u cant also use the mp3 on alarms, but it has a long life battery life, beause when they sold it to me, it has an extra battery pack witch is cool with it... but maybe in six months.. ill change my phone and buy the sony ericsson k850.

I just got the phone & it sorta buggs me that it has no games . i don't mind about the calculator thing cause i got my own calculator.

I got this phone from my mom because she couldn't use it. I din't want it simply bacause i can't get MXit, one of the most important functions I look for in a phone. I've been trying so hard to learn more about my phone, it's all been a waste of time.
recently I got songs transferred to my phone from a computer and that was cool, yesterday i transfer all my music on my phone to my memory card then today all I try to go listen to my music and literally half of it is gone! Why? And I always go to these sites where i can post a question but samsung never gets back to me, I simply want to know the simple things like why it doesn't have loudspeaker, and why I can't get MXit, the F300 is not on the database and my mobile always says "unsupported file format" Is it because of the screen?Is it MXit? Do i have JAVA? It's a really good phone and i'd love to keep it but because I can't get MXit, I might want to change it, I also am finding that so many more people are discouraged by that and they don't want to get the phone anymore.Maybe if all the things I could get on my old phone(SGHE340) i could get on this one with a better everything, I would never want to leave it alone! the simplest things I can't get,I'm willing to go back to my old phone and I don't want to, maybe I'll have to settle for a nokia then, please do something, e-mail me, I am struggling to cope! I don't even know why I'm posting this, I most likely won't be getting a response.Plz will someone help me????!!!!

i got the phone last friday, it was hell using it im sorry but it was a big mistake to get this unit, navigation using the mp3 mode is bad, phone mode is worst, dont get a samsung F series... have mercy on yourself...better get the D900i or U600, normal phone layout is still the best
