Its simple, minimalist design and the present of the qwerty keyboard to my opinion makes this phone awesome. To me it doesn't matter the lack of wifi coz i'm using 3G to connect to the internet, and the Croix interface is surprisingly good, not as good as iphone but i think this is second best to iphone, I tried LG Viewty, now that sucks. The media player is not as good as my SE W960i though but exceptable. Thumbs up from me, good work Samsung.

I can't get my calendar to appear on my display.
And, i can't go to menu to see my message when talking on the phone and, i can't change my shortcuts,

I found this phone rather marverlous. I recomend this phone to the working class buisness man! This phone fulfiled my life with great pleasure.

just bought that phone... everything ok, except completely useless battery :(( also im wondering how to remove microsd card ?? it was easy to put it in, but i have no idea how to take it off... help please

I just bought this phone about a week ago, the battery life is kinda useless, but I cant seem to find the 'Google map' function anywhere on the phone, people say its under 'applications' but not on my one. Do you even need to access the internet to use this function? Some help please!

I bought this phone not on a plan and it's pretty sweet. I don't kno how others use this battery but i can go almost 3 days without charging it with the fulltime backlit keyboard...
10 second screen shut off, 60% brightness, use it lots and i'm good!

For its battery u can use it when u need it.if u turn on its screen always it will turn off very soon.learn how to use a handset.

To keep your battery going a bit longer:
- turn down screen brightness
- minimise use of keyboard backlighting by only having it switch on late in the day
- turn off extra java apps when you don't need them since these aren't included in the power management system

Ah Dileep... its a tri band phone and doesn't have all the frequencies used in the USA. Probably the 850 spectrum.
Some areas will give you problems (also dependent on your network/carrier) but your carrier shouldn't stock a phone that does not cover its network properly.
I would ask for a swap ASAP!

Who cares if it dont ave Wifi or WLAN, its still a gud phone. And my batterly lasts for abouts a week and dats wif bluetooth and the music active. Its a BRILLIANT phone

I purchased this phone in the USA. My carrier is AT&T. I am seeing serious problems with signal strength. I am seeing No Signal message in places my old phone (Hp IPAQ) used to give me strong signals. Anyone found this issues? Any tweak to get more signal strength? Please help.

Hi lm planning to buy this phone for my birthday and l just read all the comments and it doesnt seem very good in terms of speed and battey life.My question is, is IM like msn and stuff and can l chat with my friends and do u need to pay for internet connections? thanx much x

Samsung again this a another great looking phone but no Wi-Fi. What is going on with you Samsung Engineers?????? You do not know how to do Wi-Fi Guys. Just put some add for some engineers in China news paper they will help you Samsung how to do Wi-Fi......

Where can i get the update program to update my phone. my F700 is very slow in receiving text messages and I'm assuming it's because it's running on an older program. please help. thank you.

I was buy this phone. Display is perfect, headphone was wow, meni was nice, watching movie is something what you must see. Nice, nice, but one big problem is battery (1 day max), and camera is poor. becouce of battery I was sell F700 after 2 weeks. Nice toy.
