Confirmed - no wifi. Though what you are all planning to do with wifi is beyond me. I really don't miss it.
@4@XF - on the UI - no, it does not rotate photos automatically. There's no gyroscope or whatever in the phone like an iPhone, so it does not know which way up you are holding the phone. The screen rotates automatically only when you slide the keyboard out.
And to whoever asked - yes, it syncs easily with Outlook for calendar, tasks, memos and contacts.

Pro's: flip out keyboard, 3G.
Con's: terrible touch interface that requires multiple presses to work, dull features (someone remind Samsung they have a share in Symbian), flip out keyboard doesn't tilt (like the Tytn II), poor web browser.
Ultimately, a very rushed effort, obviously to attract potential iPhone customers with a cheaper offering. Whilst the iPhone is an interface revolution, slick and beautiful despite it's obvious shortcomings, the F700 tries to rise above its station.
I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who bought this in hope it would rival Apple's champion.

Some quick points:
1. the phone is great, after you get used to it; you just have to give it a chance.
2. It will work in the USA - whoever said it wouldn't was wrong.
3. You can use any MP3 for the text tone, unlike other Samsungs in the past.
4. What are you looking for in a 'Flash UI' for the the photo gallery? You can browse photos using the touch screen, and you can have a thumbnail gallery. But you basically view photos un the file manager.
