Anonymous, 03 Aug 2009The texting on this phone is amazing it has a keyboardI have this phone over a year now. And had none of the problems the other people has. hey maybe you guys just dont know how to use a touchscreen. I absolutely love the phone. It is fast and the keypad is brilliant. I love that it is a vodafone as well.

I own this gadget and it sucks, big time.If you've got this one it feels like you don't have a phone, period because its picks and dicscards signals like nothing I've ever experinced. The one thing you need when you purchase a mobile is to be connected but tell me how can you do that if you are permanently out of signal

I have this phone since one and a half year. And it is absolutely the worst phone i've ever got.
The touchscreen is very unexact and doesn't work at some times. It is not possible to install java applications from your pc. And the worst thing ever: The phone crashes sometimes if you start an application, answer a short message or open the slide out keyboard.
Even if this one is pretty cheap buy a non touchscreen phone you will have much more fun with it!

Oh and also, there is great reception in europe. I travel back and forth from north america and europe and the tri-band works with european networks. It actually gets 6 bars of reception to those who struggle with one bar. In north america unless i'm in downtown i get crap reception. Like 0 bars but the network still registers so i can text and make quick calls. Overall i like this phone except for the fact that it electronically fell apart and no network can give me a data plan cuz it's not a common phone. in europe or north america. Might just be me.
                Sincerely,
                Adrian.

IMPORTANT FOR PPL CONSIDERING BUYING THIS PHONE!
                  Hello:
I've had this phone for about 15 months. Sure i may have dropped it a couple times but bounced it off of my foot, no direct concrete or hardwood fall. About 3 months ago the volume rocker for up-volume stopped responding. Shortly after, the down-volume. After that the camera button would focus but not actually take the photo, then stopped working. Then the shortcut button. Now the speakers. I can't make a call anymore no matter how much i mess around with the speaker-phone or keeping the phone slid open while i talk. I think that in the slide mechanism where the wires change position at a contact point are loose. When the phone is closed no sound works. Sometimes they work when it's open, but now it's totally gone. No alarm, no phone calls, or music (headphones are fine).I think that wear-and -tear on such a new model of slider keyboard phone didn't have the cahnce to be perfected so it won't last very long unless u rarely use the keyboard or very gently slide open and close the phone for the entire time u own it. Even then u still might be prolonging the inevitable loose connection. No excitement or haste responding to a text cuz it'll end up like mine in about 9 months. If u are going to buy it then take my advise and be gentle and treat it like newborn baby, or go for a different more recend model that may be improved due the that problem,
                  Sincerely,
                  Adrian.
